HCDS-001 v1.0

Harmonic Representation Standard

Learn the boundary before you represent it.

Certification is not a sales enablement checkbox. It establishes whether a candidate can represent Harmonic’s architecture, evidence, claim boundaries, and approved portfolio—including Veil—accurately enough to enter consequential enterprise conversations.

This page is the public standard overview. First-round accepted candidates receive the actual staged curriculum and non-public material only through the gated candidate portal after the required human and NDA gates.
01

The Governance Problem

Understand why a valid decision at T₀ can lose standing after a material ΔN before consequence at Tₙ, and why present-state governance must distinguish standing-preserving from standing-defeating change.

02

What Harmonic Is

Learn the execution boundary, present-standing determination, PERMIT / DENY behavior, fail-closed posture, and the role of preserved decision evidence.

03

What Harmonic Is Not

Distinguish governed execution from model intelligence, generic safety controls, constitutions, compliance tooling, post-hoc monitoring, and claims that are outside Harmonic’s earned boundary.

04

Evidence & Claim Boundaries

Learn how to discuss established properties, preserved evidence, falsifiable testing, scope, and the difference between an earned claim and an unsupported extension.

05

Veil Under Harmonic

Understand Veil as a Harmonic-powered applied system for protected operational cognition: workflow context, permissions, privacy boundaries, consequence points, and why Veil does not replace Harmonic governed execution.

06

Opportunity Scoping

Classify real opportunities as Harmonic Platform/API, Veil, Combined, or another specifically approved Harmonic offering so claims, materials, conflict review, and commercial treatment follow the actual sale.

07

Demonstrating the Portfolio

Use approved demonstrations to show Harmonic’s execution-boundary behavior and Veil’s operational role without borrowing evidence or claims from one product to prove the other.

08

Combined Deployments

Position Veil as the operational cognition layer and Harmonic as the governed-execution control plane, keeping pricing components, technical responsibilities, and revenue attribution distinct.

09

Commercial Representation

Learn approved positioning, opportunity registration, pricing boundaries, product-specific exceptions, escalation rules, and when Moral Clarity AI must enter the customer conversation.

10

Certification Assessment

Complete a scenario-based assessment and live claim-calibration review. Passing means you can represent the approved Harmonic portfolio accurately without a script.

Example calibration

“So Harmonic guarantees our AI won’t make bad decisions?”

A certified partner should immediately recognize that formulation as outside the claim boundary. Harmonic governs whether a consequential action has present standing at the execution boundary; it does not convert a model into an infallible decision-maker.

“Authority existed when the recommendation was generated, but was revoked three minutes before the tool call. What changed?”

The candidate should identify the revocation as a potentially standing-defeating ΔN requiring present-state determination before execution at Tₙ.
